A new mobile-home type of housing, with a carport and a pond. Great place for a single guy (turn the second bedroom into an office or guest room), or for a small family. Very neutral/masculine decor inside, and the pond is great for male-bonding over fishing. The yard is big enough to have fun playing some sports or to have a cookout.

This is a Bachelor Pad for Sims 3- it's made for the young male sim, with modern decorating and plenty of party potential.
It's furnished with a main floor and a basement. The basement is the bedroom, and the main floor contains a kitchen, bathroom, dining area and a sofa, along with some decking which is a bit of a party zone, with a bar, foosball and a barbeque.
As far as I know, it doesn't contain any CC, but PM me if there are any issues.
