Carissa is a young adult, but Jezmine is a teen. Neither of them have their personalities set up, I figured I'd let you guys decide how you'd like them to be :)
These girls are ready to be introduced to your neighborhood for some romance!
I have the expansion pack, and I'm not sure if it's needed for these sims, but the installer should tell you if you dont have the expansion.

Part 2: Sweet Escape (Community Lot)
I originally planned to make a bed & breakfast but I realized they wouldnt spend the night there (maybe with the expansion area?)
So I made this hangout spot instead.
It's a great place to escape from the kids, meet up with friends, or connect with that special someone.
The entire place is decorated in red/pink/white themes, with a majority of the ea items being customized by me to be more valentines-ish lol
As you can see in the screenshots, I did test it with the locals and they were able to come in and hang out just fine, so it's working as intended.
