September 29th

-PeggySims "Christina" Hair: fixed, animated, and comes with 11 retextures.  The mesh contained in the set includes the loose hairs and edited alphas, which will result in a poor-looking style if used with Peggy's hair.  Alternatively, a "NoLooseHair" mesh version can be downloaded, so you can use Peggy's textures OR mine, whichever you choose, without having to worry about any hairline problems :)

September 17th

- RoseDonate40 hair: fixed, animated, and comes with 11 retextures&recolours

September 14th

- "5 Cozy Way" Starter Home, $16,517 (based on a real-life basement apartment). Simple exterior, yet ideal for one or two Sims. Has room for expansion.
